Do you have a physical location I can go in and shop?

No, we do not have a physical location to stop by and shop, we are a cannabis delivery service only. 

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery average eta 45-60 minutes. However, depending on the volume, traffic hours, and/or weather conditions, delivery ETA may take longer and up to 1.5-2 hours. We will notify you if an ETA wait times are longer. 

Who can accept delivery?

The person who registered and place an order under their name, must be present upon delivery and is the only person who can receive the order. The drivers will verify the person’s ID at the door to complete the transaction. 

Do I need a medical script or recommendation to purchase cannabis?

No, anyone over the age of 21+ yrs with proof of a government-issued ID  can purchase recreational cannabis products. However you must provide a medical script or a valid reccomendtion to purchase if you are between ages 18-20 years old.

Can I pay with debit card?

Yes, we have a cashless ATM processor machine that allows you to insert your debit card and enter your pin at the door with our driver.  Must have a chip for transactions. Debit Fee is $5. (Note: we do not accept credit cards) 

Can I tip my weed delivery driver?

Yes, the customers may feel free to tip the driver via Cash or by card transaction Ask the driver to add tip amount to your total on the cashless atm processor. 100% of all tips go to driver. 

What happens if i'm not home?

If you are not home to receive the order, we will have to reschedule the order for another time. The driver will alert the customer via text 15-20m prior to arriving. If no answer or reply back from the customer, we will cancel the order.  

Do I need to show my ID to the Driver?

Yes, all customers must provide a physical copy of your ID to the driver to complete the transaction. 

Can you deliver to a parking lot?

No, according to the rules, no delivery transactions may be carried out in a public area like a parking lot, a school, a church, or a park. We only deliver to physical addresses (residential) and away from the public eye.
