We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we're here to help. We only do exchanges for defective products such as a vape cart or tampered items such as edibles . Our return/exchange policy allows for these returns or exchanges within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and provide a replacement. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used due to safety and regulatory reasons.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the product, unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we believe the product has been misused or intentionally damaged. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been purchased from unauthorized resellers.
